Service Description
MBT sessions consist of using the healing arts of yoga, meditation, tapping, and somatic exercises to support relaxation, release unresolved energy and tension, create connections between the body and the mind, promote mindfulness, interrupt unhealthy patterns, and reduce anxiety, depression, and stress. This session involves movement. For couples, the MBT couple session is aimed at building an intimate connection.
