Ginger has decided to share some of her clothing with you.  
This particular blue dress is favorably fitted and possesses a certain amount of elasticity. 
There is a halter neckline, but  the piece around the neck gives it more of an edgy look.
She has never worn this dress, which makes it somewhat perplexing that she is willing to part with it.
