Our Founder

Felicia McCorkle, the visionary founder of AICILEF Uniforms, brings over 30 years of firsthand experience as an Emergency Room (ER) Technician to the design and innovation of her brand. After years of long shifts in high-stress environments, she recognized a critical yet often overlooked issue in medical workwear—how discomfort and restrictive clothing can contribute to fatigue, poor circulation, and increased stress on the heart. Determined to create a better solution, Felicia developed scrubs that prioritize both comfort and cardiovascular well-being.
