    Therapy sessions are conducted online, and you can join from anywhere within Maryland using secure video conferencing.
  • How long is a therapy session?
    Individual therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes. Couples and family therapy sessions are 90 minutes.
  • Which insurances does ARCC accept?
