With years of hands-on experience across Texas construction sites, he saw first-hand how confusing compliance requirements held teams back. Earning credentials as a Qualified Preparer of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (QPSWPPP), Certified Stormwater Inspector (CSI), Registered Environmental Manager (REM), and HAZWOPER Trainer, Stephen couples technical insight with genuine dedication to client progress. His commitment to environmental stewardship and innovation sets the tone for SWPPPGO. Stephen launched the company to prove that, with the right guidance, compliance can be both straightforward and impactful - protecting communities and streamlining every stage of development.
