Discover the foundations of Reiki in our Level 1 training. In this level, you'll learn how to channel universal life force energy to support healing for yourself and others. It focuses on self-treatment, energetic awareness, and the core principles of Reiki practice.
Sessions are held weekly via Zoom:
🗓️ Saturdays at 8:00 AM EST
🗓️ Mondays at 8:00 PM EST
(No sessions will be held on Labor Day weekend.)
