OUR STORY

Founded by Chef Muttika Setapayak, a graduate of the Oriental Hotel School of Thai Cooking in Bangkok, Thai Luang has been serving the Herndon, Virginia community since 1991. Muttika's journey from teaching in Thailand to studying business in the U.S. culminated in opening Thai Luang, a beloved local gem known for its exceptional food and welcoming atmosphere.
